This Privacy Policy explains how SloMine SMP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our webstore hosted on CraftingStore or play on our Minecraft server.

1. General Provisions & Mojang EULA

  • SloMine SMP is an independent Minecraft server.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
  • All purchases are for digital virtual goods or services intended for use exclusively on the SloMine SMP Minecraft server.
  • Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules. Breaking server rules may lead to temporary or permanent bans without entitlement to a refund.

2. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

  • All ranks, keys, perks, or virtual items purchased are delivered automatically in-game upon payment verification.
  • In case of server downtime or technical delays, items will be delivered automatically once connectivity is restored. If your purchase does not arrive within 1 hour, please contact staff on our official Discord.

3. Payment Methods & Conditions

A. PayPal Payments

  • PayPal purchases are processed securely through PayPal’s checkout system.
  • You must be the authorized owner of the PayPal account or have explicit permission from the account holder to make a purchase.

B. Manual Payments (Manual Gateways)

  • Manual payments require manual verification by server administrators.
  • Processing Time: Digital items will only be credited after payment confirmation is received in our bank/payment account.
  • You must include your exact Minecraft Username in the payment reference/concept line to ensure correct order matching. Failure to do so may cause fulfillment delays.

4. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the intangible, immediate nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or bank reversal without prior administrative contact is strictly prohibited.
  • Consequences of Unfair Reversals: Any account associated with a disputed transaction or chargeback will be permanently banned from SloMine SMP and blacklisted across CraftingStore/Tebex payment networks.

5. Parent & Guardian Consent

If you are under 18 years of age (or under the age of legal majority in your country), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing any items on our webstore.
